The two handles allow you to move it effortless from oven to table, creating an attractive cherry red centrepiece on your dining table. The cast iron pan can be used on all kinds of heat sources. It has matte black enamelling on the inside and a rich cherry red colour on the outside. Use the excess fat that has collected in the fine ridges to prepare a sauce to serve with your meat.
